Until we are able to practice together in person again, please join me for some online yoga or meditation! I will post new videos as I have time. All classes are available on a pay-what-you-can donation basis. I understand that we are all facing unique circumstances and limitations right now so please only give what feels comfortable. **UPDATE: 2/24/21** Due to new liability insurance requirements, I can only allow students who have signed a liability waiver to take my online classes. If you would like to practice with me, please email me and I will send you a waiver. Once I receive your signed waiver, I will share the class links with you and you can practice at your leisure.
