Gentle Vinyasa

These classes are designed to give detailed instruction and to be less physically challenging than other vinyasa classes. Gentle vinyasa yoga classes will allow the student to gain strength and flexibility at their own pace with safety and alignment as the main focus.
Yin Yoga

Yin stimulates and targets connective tissues by working gently into the edge of postures through long holds (between one and ten minutes). By emphasizing actions of ligaments, bones, and joints rather than muscles, these classes encourage an entirely different sort of openness from more active and movement-oriented practices. Suitable for all levels, Yin promotes a sense of slow, deep unwinding and release.
Align & Flow 1-2

Classes progressively and safely sequence towards more complex poses, and spend time breaking down techniques for honing awareness and skill on and off the mat. This practice emphasizes cultivating adhikara (devoted studentship) and draws upon a wide range of postures that build strength, flexibility, and highly-refined awareness in body and mind.
