Chaturanga & Beyond

Protect your body while safely advancing your yoga practice. In this workshop we will throroughly explore downward facing dog, upward facing dog and chaturanga dandasana with discussion, demonstration and practice. You will learn to safely move your body through vinyasas and other transitions including

• Lowering to the belly from high plank and pressing back up
• Transitioning from chaturanga to upward facing dog
• Chaturanga variations including chaturanga prep and eka pada chaturanga
• Jumping back from uttanasana to chaturanga
• Jumping forward from downward facing dog to uttanasana
• Jumping through to seated from downward facing dog
